Cancellation

Cancellation.
- Over 100 or more days before departure, 20% from the total price of the charter will be charged as the penalty for cancellation.
- Between 100 and 30 days – 50% of the total price of the charter will be charged as the penalty for cancellation.
- Less than 30 days before departure, 100% of the total price of the charter will be charged as the penalty for cancellation.
Booking

Payments.
- 50% within 5 days after booking confirmation.
- 50% within 35 days before departure.
- Extras, Skipper’s and Hostess’ fee can be paid only by cash on check-in.
- Security deposit must be done on the day of check-in with pre-authorisation using the client’s card, (only VISA or MasterCard) or by SWIFT transfer 5 days before departure date. Standard security deposit for the one-week charters – to be paid before departure, even if clients have already purchased a personal insurance in third-party companies before departure. Sailme Charter only holds the amount on the card as preauthorization. Security deposit for 2 or more weeks charters – to be paid by bank transfer or credit card payment. This deposit will be sent back to the client the next 5 (five) working days after check out.
